Our KELLERBIER is unfiltered and naturally cloudy due to the Original Karmeliten beer yeast, which contains large amounts of vitamin B6 and B12.
Natural yeast is very sensitive to heat. As we do not use any preservation, such as pasteurization, to keep the fresh ingredients we rely on highest quality in taste and limit the availability of Karmeliten KELLERBIER to the cooler time of the year. We specially recommend Karmeliten KELLERBIER with roast duck.
